Provider Electronic Data Interchange

Parkland Community Health Plan (PCHP) has partnered with Change Healthcare and ECHO Health, Inc. to provide more choice in payment methods in order to meet providers’ requests for more payment options.

The new payment system will allow your office the ability to receive a virtual credit card (VCC), an Automated Clearing House (ACH)/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or a check payment.

To sign up for EFT, providers can use one of the following methods:

Option 1: To enroll with Parkland Community Health Plan only (no fees apply), visit https://enrollments.echohealthinc.com/EFTERAdirect/ParklandCommunityHealthPlan.

Option 2: To receive EFT from all payers processing payments on the Settlement Advocated platform (a fee for this service will apply), visit https://enrollments.echohealthinc.com.

If you have additional questions regarding your payment options, please contact ECHO Health at 1-888-927-6260.

ECHO and PCHP do not routinely exchange provider payment addresses for providers who are enrolled in ACH. If a provider would like to update the address that is displayed on electronic remittance advice, the provider must contact ECHO directly to update their address information: EDI@ECHOHealthInc.com.

NOTE: There will be instances for providers where PCHP payment addresses will not match the address that displays on electronic remittance advice for ACH payments. When a provider is enrolled in ACH, remittance advice is not mailed. Providers can view remittance advice at providerpayments.com (*Note: for provider use only).

Changes to the ERA enrollment or ERA distribution can be made at any time on the ECHO website at https://enrollments.echohealthinc.com  or by contacting the ECHO Health Enrollment team at 440-835-3511.
